Order Processing

Orders are processed the same business day if placed by 1pm. This excludes weekends, as well as Bank Holidays

• Premium Delivery: £9.95
• FREE Premium Delivery when you spend £60.00 or more

We ship via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24 to deliver within 1 working day of Delivery from our warehouse.

For tracking purposes, please look out for reference to our Fulfilment Company "Broad Oak Retail" when receiving tracking texts or emails

Delivery to Remote Locations

There are a number of 'Highland and Island' postcodes where it will take longer than 1 day for parcels to arrive when selecting our 'Next Working Day Delivery' option. 2 Day Postcodes: AB31 - AB35, AB41 - AB54, AB36 - AB38, AB55 - AB56, FK17 - FK21, G83, GY9, IM, IV, KA27, KA28, KW0 - KW14, PA20 - PA78, PH15 - PH18, PH19 - PH29, PH32 - PH33, PH45 - PH48, PH30 - PH31, PH34 - PH44, PH49 - PH99. 4 Day Postcodes: KW15 - KW17, ZE

Returns

We stand by the quality of our products. However if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund.

Our Returns service is FREE of charge.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return an item must be unused, in the condition it was received, and in its original packaging.

At this time we do not offer exchanges.

Just a few simple steps to return your product:

1. Click on the 'Start My Return' button below to access our easy-to-follow Return Portal
2. Confirm your Email Address and Order Number (this can be found within your Order Confirmation Email)
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the item(s) to be returned and press 'Submit' to send your request to our team
4. We will email you within 2 working days and provide you with a pre-paid Return Label
5. Re-pack your item(s), seal the parcel securely, apply the Returns Label, and drop off at your local drop point
6. Upon receipt of your item(s), we will refund you to your original payment method within 2 working days
